Refund, Cancellation & Damage Policy

At La La Land Party Decor, our balloon décor, personalized products, and event installations are custom-made, time-sensitive, and prepared specifically for each order. Due to the personalized and fragile nature of these products and services, all sales are final unless an order is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was agreed upon.

Custom Balloon Décor and Event Orders

All custom balloon décor, balloon bouquets, helium balloon arrangements, personalized balloons, backdrops, themed installations, and event styling services are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed, customized, prepared, delivered, picked up, or installed.

This includes orders created for a specific colour palette, name, message, theme, event date, venue, location, or other personalized requirement.

Helium Balloons and Fragile Products

Balloons and balloon arrangements are fragile and may be affected by temperature, weather, transportation, handling, ceiling texture, sharp objects, pets, children, and indoor or outdoor conditions.

Helium balloons, balloon bouquets, and inflated products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery or pickup. Customers are encouraged to inspect their order at the time of delivery or pickup and report any concerns immediately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an order is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was agreed upon at the time of delivery or pickup, please contact us within 24 hours.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs or videos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

After reviewing the information, La La Land Party Decor may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for damage occurring after delivery, pickup, or installation due to transportation by the customer, weather, improper handling, pets, children, sharp objects, venue conditions, relocation of the décor, or changes made by the customer or another party.

Local Delivery and Pickup

La La Land Party Decor offers local pickup and delivery throughout Toronto, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, North York, and surrounding GTA areas.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the address, telephone number, requested delivery time, parking and access instructions, and any venue requirements.

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, restricted access, parking limitations, venue restrictions, or missing instructions, the original delivery charge will not be refunded. Additional delivery or waiting fees may apply if another delivery attempt is requested.

Cancellations and Date Changes

Because every order is prepared for a specific event date, cancellation or date-change requests must be submitted as early as possible.

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once they have been confirmed, personalized, prepared, inflated, scheduled for delivery or installation, or once materials have been purchased specifically for the order.

Requests to change an event date are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply if new materials, products, delivery arrangements, or labour are required.

Final Sale Items

The following products and services are final sale:

• Custom and personalized balloon décor
• Helium balloons and balloon bouquets
• Balloon garlands and arches
• Personalized balloons and vinyl designs
• Backdrops and event installations
• Digital and printable products
• Sale and promotional items
• Products that have been prepared, inflated, used, delivered, picked up, or installed

Approved Refunds

If a full or partial refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Please do not return any product without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
