Refund, Cancellation & Damage Policy

At La La Land Party Decor, our balloon décor and event products are custom-made, time-sensitive, and prepared specifically for each order. Because of the fragile and personalized nature of balloon arrangements, most items are considered final sale once confirmed, customized, prepared, delivered, or picked up.

Custom Balloon Décor and Event Orders

All custom balloon décor, balloon bouquets, helium balloon arrangements, personalized balloons, backdrops, themed setups, and event styling services are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed, customized, prepared, delivered, or picked up.

This includes orders with custom colours, names, messages, themes, dates, locations, or event-specific details.

Helium Balloons and Fragile Balloon Products

Helium balloons and balloon arrangements are fragile and can be affected by temperature, weather, transportation, handling, ceiling texture, pets, children, sharp objects, and indoor or outdoor conditions.

For this reason, helium balloons, balloon bouquets, and inflated balloon products cannot be returned or exchanged after pickup or delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was agreed upon, please contact us within 1 day / 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos or videos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for damage caused after the order has been delivered or picked up, including damage caused by transportation, weather, improper handling, pets, children, sharp objects, venue conditions, or changes to the setup location.

Local Delivery and Pickup Orders

La La Land Party Decor offers local pickup and local delivery in Toronto, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, North York, and surrounding GTA areas.

For local delivery orders, the customer is responsible for providing the correct address, contact information, delivery time, parking or access instructions, and any venue requirements.

If we are unable to complete delivery because of an incorrect address, no access, no response, restricted parking, or venue issues, delivery fees are non-refundable and additional delivery charges may apply.

Cancellations and Date Changes

Because our products are prepared for a specific event date, cancellations and date changes must be requested as early as possible.

Orders that have already been confirmed, prepared, personalized, inflated, purchased for, or scheduled for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

If you need to change your event date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the new date based on availability.

• Balloon garlands and arches
• Backdrops and event setups
• Digital or printable products
• Sale or promotional items
• Used, picked up, delivered, or installed items

Refund Processing

If a refund or partial refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
