Shipping & Delivery Policy

La La Land Party Decor offers local pickup, local delivery, and setup services by appointment. Due to the fragile and custom nature of our balloon décor, we do not offer standard mail, courier, Canada-wide, U.S., or international shipping.

Service Area

We provide local delivery and setup in Toronto, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, North York, and surrounding GTA areas.

Delivery outside our regular service area may be available upon request and may include additional fees.

Delivery & Setup

Balloon arrangements, backdrops, and event décor are carefully delivered and, when applicable, professionally installed at the customer’s location.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, event time, contact information, parking instructions, building access, and any venue requirements.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on location, order size, setup requirements, and access conditions. Any applicable delivery or setup fees will be confirmed at checkout or during booking.

Delivery Timing

We work with scheduled delivery windows to ensure each balloon arrangement is delivered in good condition and prepared for the event time.

Please make sure someone is available at the agreed delivery time. If we cannot complete delivery due to incorrect information, no access, no response, or venue restrictions, additional delivery fees may apply.

No Standard Shipping

Because our products are fragile, inflated, and often custom-made for a specific event date, we do not ship balloon décor by mail or courier.

Pickup and delivery details are confirmed after order approval when applicable.
