Welcome to La La Land Party Decor. By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Products and Services

La La Land Party Decor offers custom balloon décor, balloon bouquets, helium balloon arrangements, backdrops, event styling, and related party décor products.

Many of our products are custom-made, personalized, and prepared for a specific event date. Product colours, balloon placement, floral details, size, and final appearance may vary slightly from photos due to product availability, lighting, handmade design, and setup conditions.

Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom orders may require confirmation of details before production begins, including event date, pickup or delivery time, location, colour palette, theme, personalization text, and setup requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the requested product, date, delivery area, or setup requirements cannot be accommodated.

Custom Orders and Final Sale Items

Because our balloon décor and event products are custom-made, fragile, and time-sensitive, most items are considered final sale once confirmed, customized, prepared, delivered, or picked up.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Custom balloon décor
• Personalized balloons
• Helium balloon arrangements
• Balloon bouquets
• Balloon garlands and arches
• Backdrops and event setups
• Digital or printable products
• Sale or promotional items
• Products that have been picked up, delivered, installed, or used

Cancellations and Date Changes

Cancellations or date change requests must be made as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been confirmed, prepared, personalized, inflated, purchased for, or scheduled for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or date change.

If you need to change your event date, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the new date based on availability.

Pickup, Local Delivery, and Setup

La La Land Party Decor offers pickup and local delivery by appointment in Toronto, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, North York, and surrounding GTA areas.

We do not offer Canada-wide, U.S., or international shipping for balloon décor products.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, contact information, event time, parking or access instructions, and any venue requirements.

If delivery or setup cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, no access, no response, restricted parking, unsafe conditions, or venue restrictions, delivery fees are non-refundable and additional charges may apply.

Product Care and Responsibility

Balloon products are fragile and can be affected by temperature, weather, transportation, handling, pets, children, ceiling texture, sharp objects, and indoor or outdoor conditions.

After delivery, pickup, or installation, the customer is responsible for proper care and handling of the product.

We are not responsible for damage caused by weather, improper handling, transportation after pickup, venue conditions, pets, children, sharp objects, or changes to the setup location after delivery or installation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was agreed upon, please contact us within 1 day / 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Please include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Digital Products

Digital or printable products are non-refundable once purchased, downloaded, accessed, or delivered electronically.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, file format, and personalization information before purchasing digital products.

Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, product images, website content, branding, digital files, and creative materials on this website belong to La La Land Party Decor unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, edit, distribute, or reuse our content, designs, images, or digital products without written permission.

Website Information

We do our best to keep product information, pricing, availability, and website content accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, or cancel orders affected by incorrect information.
