Rental and booking terms

Submitting an order does not guarantee availability until the event date is approved.
Delivery, setup and pickup fees depend on location, item size, access, parking and venue requirements.
The customer is responsible for loss, breakage or damage beyond normal wear while the rental is in their care.
Rental items must be ready for pickup or returned at the agreed date and time.

Two full-size printed panels shaped to fit inside both arch openings
One coordinated custom design created around your theme, colours and event details
Print-ready artwork preparation and professional fitting
One design revision after the initial proof

Please provide your preferred theme, colours, wording and any high-resolution photographs or logos. Licensed stock photography, complex illustration work and additional revisions may require an additional fee. Final artwork approval is required before production.
